I had been suffering from chronic lower back pain, pain due to cartilage loss in my knees, and overall body misalignment, enduring pain every day. After meeting with the doctor, I learned that I needed to strengthen my inner muscles and improve my posture, rather than just relieving the pain temporarily. By continuing the treatment, my pain has subsided, and I can now go about my daily life without discomfort. While I’ve seen significant improvement, I am committed to continuing for another year to prevent any setbacks. By completing the assigned stretches and exercises, along with the precise treatments, I have fully recovered and gained strength throughout my body. I am truly grateful.
