My knee pain has improved, and I can now sit in seiza.

I had knee pain and could no longer sit in seiza. I almost gave up at one point, but then, gradually, I started to be able to sit in seiza again and eventually could do it comfortably. The therapist identified my body’s issues bit by bit, and I was able to start walking and incorporate exercise into my daily life.
