Ten years ago, I underwent surgery for a herniated disc and went through rehabilitation, but it didn’t go well, and I was left with lower back pain and numbness in my right leg.
I was treated with sincerity, and in response to my desire to ‘heal,’ I worked hard on the training and stretching exercises that I was taught. As a result, the lower back pain and leg numbness that occurred when I was tired have almost disappeared.
Now, I only feel a slight heaviness in my buttocks when the weather is bad. I hope to continue with maintenance to ensure that the symptoms I have worked so hard to improve do not return.
